Henagar Junior High School is dedicated to serving students from prekindergarten to 8th grade. We take pride in offering a wide range of extracurricular activities and support programs, designed to enhance the educational experience for our students.

Engaging Programs and Activities

At Henagar Junior High School, students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of engaging programs and activities. These include the Beta Club, Junior High Basketball, CATS Club, Tech Cat Teams, Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), Athletic Club, Release Time, and a Saturday League Basketball Program. These programs foster personal growth, teamwork, and leadership skills among our students.

Dedicated and Caring Staff

Our faculty is comprised of 100% Highly Qualified educators, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education. In addition to our teaching staff, we have a dedicated team of professionals, including 4 bus drivers, 3 CNP (Child Nutrition Program) members, a secretary, a nurse, a School Resource Officer (SRO), 2 custodians, and 2 instructional coaches. Together, they contribute to maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students.
